Today the filing fee is $299 for Chapter 7 unless you asked for a fee waiver and it is approved OR you asked for a payment plan.

Today the filing fee is $274 for Chapter 13 payable in cash (exact change – they do not process change) or money order to the United States Bankruptcy Court

TO FILE IN PERSON

Sign and Take your ID and this ENTIRE package and your counseling certificate to the courts at 501 I Street, Room 3-200 (3rd Floor) 95814 – They will set up a payment plan for their fees or waive them per your request based on your case.
